Located along Beijing Road, one of Guangzhou’s key commercial corridors, the project uses smart puzzle parking technology and an AI-powered dispatching hub to optimize the use of 180 parking spaces.
Through a mobile mini program, drivers can enjoy a seamless parking experience with facial recognition, one-tap parking, and advance reservations, reducing the entire vehicle access process to less than 90 seconds—approximately 35% faster than conventional parking systems.
The project also features a coordinated dispatching algorithm that dynamically balances parking demand and vehicle flow across the 10-level parking structure, increasing daily throughput to approximately 600 vehicle movements.
In addition, the system is integrated with the Guangzhou Government Public Transportation Platform, enabling real-time parking data reporting and supporting the development of smarter urban parking infrastructure.
